NEW DELHI — President Obama arrived in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, after defending the U.S. government's willingness to cooperate closely with the country on national security despite deep concerns over human rights abuses.
The president is leading a high-level U.S. delegation to the kingdom to pay respects following the death of King Abdullah last week.
