JERUSALEM — Israel vowed to crack down on violence and rioting Monday after an Israeli woman was stabbed to death at a West Bank bus stop, just hours after an Israeli soldier was stabbed and killed at a Tel Aviv train station.The stabbings by Palestinian assailants were the latest in a spate of attacks and rioting in Israel during the past few months. In recent weeks, two Arabs from East Jerusalem rammed their cars into pedestrians, killing three people and injuring more than a dozen others.
